Scholarship Summary:
UWE Bristol is pleased to offer the prestigious Chancellor’s Scholarship to one exceptional international postgraduate student starting a full-time master’s course in September. The recipient of this scholarship will be required to undertake an internship working within the International Office or other departments and will also be required to undertake ambassadorial activity for the University throughout the duration of the course.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, you must meet the following eligibility criteria;
i. have achieved the equivalent of a British first in an undergraduate degree
ii. hold an unconditional offer or a conditional offer where IELTS or equivalent English language is the only condition
iii. be a new student to UWE Bristol with no previous UK study
iv. be classed as overseas for fees purposes
v. not be a sponsored student or in receipt of another scholarship/award
vi. provide official transcripts at the time of application.
Value of Scholarship:
The UWE Bristol Chancellor’s Scholarship is valued as a 50% tuition fee discount.
Scholarship Application Guide:
i. If you pass the eligibility criteria as listed above, you will be invited to apply as part of the application process, .
ii. You will receive a link to an online application form which must be completed by 30 April 2024.
iii. Following graduation, the recipient will also be expected to be an active member of the UWE Bristol Alumni Network by helping the University to promote its programmes to prospective students.
