Scholarship Summary:
University of New Mexico is awarding the National Merit Finalist Scholarship to domestic freshmen students who are National Merit Finalists.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Be US nationals who are National Merit Finalists
Renewal Policy
Complete 15 new credit hours with a 3.3 GPA each semester (fall and spring semesters).
Value of Scholarship:
The UNM National Merit Finalist Scholarship is valued as approximately $23,000 per year — covers base tuition, fees, and housing. The National Merit Finalist scholarship is renewable for 4 years.
Scholarship Application Guide:
There is no separate scholarship application; simply apply and be admitted into UNM by Dec 1.
