Scholarship Summary: 
USF values the commitment of high school students (domestic and international) to academic performance during their high school years and offers scholarships based on high school grade point average and test scores on the ACT and SAT.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum GPA of 3.1 
OR
i. Obtain a minimum GPA of 2.8 and 940 SAT or 17 ACT

Value of Scholarship: 
The USF Freshman Academic Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. President’s Scholarship: $20,000 {GPA of 4.0+ or GPA of 4.0+ and 1110 SAT/22 ACT}
ii. Trustee’s Scholarship: $19,000 {GPA of 3.85-3.99 or GPA of 3.75-3.99 and 1040 SAT/20 ACT}
iii. Founder’s Scholarship: $17,000 {GPA of 3.55-3.84 or GPA of 3.4-3.79 and 960 SAT/18 ACT}
iv. Dean’s Scholarship: $16,000 {GPA of 3.15-3.54 or GPA of 3.0-3.39 and <960 SAT/<18 ACT}
v. Achievement Scholarship: $15,000 {GPA of <3.15 or GPA of <3.0 and <960 SAT/<18 ACT}

Academic scholarships are renewable up to four years. USF will consider your highest section scores across all dates you took the SAT or ACT.

There is no separate scholarship application, simply apply for admission to be considered.
