a. First time, full-time, F-1 Degree Seeking Student (Undergraduate and Graduate)
b. Must be paying full out-of-state tuition with personal or family funds
c. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA at the time of consideration
d. Award is presented based on the information provided at the time of admission application and may be subject to change after evaluating applicants’ final official transcripts.
