Scholarship Summary:
Georgia Southern awards a limited number of International Diversity Scholarships (out-of-country tuition waivers) to undergraduate international students who demonstrate good academic standing, financial need, and commitment to the university and community.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration;
i. Applicants must be officially accepted for enrollment to Georgia Southern before being considered for the scholarship.
ii. Consideration will be given to applicants who demonstrate good academic standing, financial need, and a commitment to the university and community.
Value of Scholarship:
The International Diversity Scholarship waives the out-of-state fee, charged to all international and out-of-state students. The Scholarship is valued at approximately
$13,000 per year, saving selected international students around $52,000 over four years!
