Scholarship Summary:
Emily Carr offers several entrance scholarships to British Columbia students and international students beginning their studies at the University. These scholarships are designed to attract the best-qualified prospects and to recognize applicants with high academic achievement and artistic potential.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
There are no set criteria but selection will be made based on a combination of your academic and artistic merit.
Value of Scholarship:
The Emily Carr Entrance Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Several entrance scholarships, each in the amount of full tuition for study in the Foundation year awarded to British Columbia high school students planning on attending Emily Carr directly after graduation.
ii. Several International entrance scholarships, ranging from CAD$2,000 to CAD$5,000 Canadian dollars for study at any level.
iii. Several entrance scholarships to a number of applicants (Canadian and international) in all graduate programs; awards are non-renewable, non-transferable tuition waivers upon acceptance.
Scholarship Application Guide:
You need not apply for an entrance scholarship, but you will be immediately qualified to receive one when you apply to Emily Carr.
