Scholarship Summary:
Towson University Merit-based Scholarships are offered to incoming domestic freshmen students for the fall term only. Scholarships are very competitive and are awarded to students with strong academic credentials.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
There are no set criteria but past recipients were in the top 45% of the applicant pool. Please note that funding is limited and final selection criteria are based on a competitive evaluation of each year's applicant pool

The Towson Merit-based Scholarships are namely as follows;
i. Provost Scholarship
ii. Tiger Scholarship
Awards amounts vary based on applicant strength and tuition rate (in-state or out-of-state).
Scholarship Application Guide:
To be considered for these scholarships, freshman students must complete their admission application by November 15.
