Applications for this scholarship will close as follows;
i. Domestic students: 31st of March, 2024
ii. International students: 15th of January, 2024
Scholarship Summary:
No student pays tuition at Berea. All admitted students (domestic and international) receive the No-Tuition Promise, which covers 100% of tuition costs. For most Berea students, the No-Tuition Promise amounts to over $185,000 across four years.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
Most of admitted Berea students score between 20 and 30 on the ACT (or SAT equivalent of 1050+) and have a cumulative high school GPA of at least 3.0 in a strong college prep curriculum. Students may take either the ACT or SAT.
Other factors are also considered such as community service, leadership qualities, and levels of motivation. In addition, the following high school curriculum are strongly recommended:
a. Four (4) units of English (including composition, rhetoric, and literature)
b. Three (3) units of Mathematics (at least Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry)
c. Two (2) units of Laboratory Science
d. Two (2) units of Social Science/History (including World History)
e. Two (2) units of a foreign language
f. High school transcripts and official score reports are required for the evaluation of academic qualifications.

The Berea No-Tuition scholarship covers the full tuition cost for four years.
