Scholarship Summary:
Merit Scholarships are awarded by the Ursinus Office of Admissions to full-time freshmen students (domestic and international) on the basis of academic achievements and leadership potential.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for scholarship consideration, applicants must;
i. Be admitted for undergraduate study
ii. Demonstrate academic excellence through school records
Value of Scholarship:
The Ursinus Freshman Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Zacharias Honors Scholarship: $40,000/year (for domestic students only)
ii. Ursinus Gateway Scholarship: $35,000/year (Required: min 1300 SAT/28 ACT & 3.2 GPA OR 3.5+ unweighted GPA)
iii. Rev. Charles Rice Memorial: $35,000/year (to applicants who have meaningfully impacted issues of diversity and inclusion)
iv. Ursinus Scholarship: up to $30,000/year
