Scholarship Summary:
The University of Sheffield is delighted to offer the International Postgraduate Taught Scholarship to international students joining the University from selected regions to study a taught masters programme in September 2024.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for this scholarship,
i. Applicants must be a national of or permanently domiciled in one of the eligible countries (find full list in the scholarship link below)
ii. Your taught masters programme must be scheduled to commence at the University of Sheffield in September 2024.
iii. You must accept your offer for a full-time master’s course before 16:00 (UK time) on 14 June 2024 to receive this award
iv. You must be self-funded and classified as overseas for tuition fee purposes.
v. You must not be a sponsored student.
Value of Scholarship:
The Sheffield International Postgraduate Scholarship will take take the form of a tuition fee reduction and is valued as follows;
i. £2,000 for courses in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities and Faculty of Social Sciences.
ii. £2,500 for courses in the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health, and Faculty of Science.
Scholarship Application Guide:
No additional scholarship application is required; if you meet the eligibility and award criteria, the scholarship will be applied as a tuition fee discount.
