Scholarship Summary:
All 1st-year, full-time undergraduate students (Canadian and international) who apply to Saint Francis Xavier University and send their first-term Grade 12 transcript by March 1 will be considered for an entrance scholarship.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum average of 85% in their high school academic records (eligibility is based on five final grade 12 university preparatory level courses at the end of the school year.
Value of Scholarship:
The StFX Entrance Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. High School Average of 85 – 89.9%: CAD$5,000 (CAD$1,250 annually, renewable for 4 years)
ii. High School Average of 90 – 95.9%: CAD$7,000 (CAD$1,750 annually, renewable for 4 years)
iii. High School Average of 96%: CAD$12,000 (CAD$3,000 annually, renewable for 4 years)
Scholarship Application Guide:
In order to be considered for an entrance scholarship, you need to submit a complete application for admission and send your first-term Grade 12 transcript to the University by 12 noon, March 1.
