Scholarship Summary:
The University of North Alabama offers academic merit scholarships to qualified international students (undergraduate and postgraduate). This scholarship is disbursed in two equal payments, once in the fall semester and again in the spring semester. Academic scholarships are renewable based on academic performance at UNA.

Undergraduate Scholarships
i. Global Partner Undergraduate Recruitment Scholarship: This scholarship awards $8,000-$10,000 for the first year (two semesters) of studies. All applicants are eligible upon admission..
ii. International Scholarship for Undergraduate Retention: Beginning in a student's third semester, this scholarship awards up to $5,000 per semester ($10,000 per year) based on UNA GPA. It is available to any student who previously received a recruitment scholarship. It is renewable for the duration of the degree program.
iii. Global Learning Community Housing Scholarship: The GLC scholarship is tied to participation and details will be presented during orientation. The scholarship value is applied to your choice of available UNA housing. The scholarship can save you $3,400 for the fall and spring semester. Specific terms apply..
Graduate Scholarships
i. Global Partner Graduate Recruitment Scholarship: This scholarship awards $5,000-$7,000 for the first year of studies. Second semester award requires adequate academic performance
ii. International Scholarship for Graduate Retention: Beginning in a student's third semester, this scholarship awards up to $3,500 per semester ($7,000 per year) based on qualifying academic performance. It is available to any student who previously received a recruitment scholarship. It is renewable for the duration of the degree program
