Carthage awards one full-tuition-per-year, renewable, and one $33,000/year, renewable Engineering/Computer Science/Game Development Scholarship to incoming domestic students. The scholarship is awarded yearly to students who most exemplifies the values of the Carthage Engineering, Computer Science, or Game Development programs. This scholarship is renewable for four years..
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To apply for a math/science scholarship, candidates must
i. Intend to major in BA Applied Engineering, BS Engineering, BA Computer Science, BS Computer Science, BA Game Development or BS Game Development
ii. Demonstrate exceptional ability in engineering, computer science or game development
Value of Scholarship:
The Carthage Engineering/Computer Science/Game Development Scholarship is valued as follows;

- Explain why you are interested in engineering, computer science, or game development (this is part of the online scholarship application).
• A Carthage scholarship committee will review your application and high school grades. Qualified applicants will be notified in early December. Successful candidates and their families will be invited to Engineering/Computer Science/Game Development Scholars Day, which will take place on the Carthage campus on Monday, January 12, 2026.
