Scholarship Summary:
Cedar Crest College (a women's only college) awards merit scholarships to traditional, full-time first-year students (domestic and international) based on academic criteria, including but not limited to high school grade point average (GPA), SAT or ACT scores and class rank.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
There are no set scholarship criteria but past recipients were in the top 45% of the applicant pool.
Value of Scholarship:
The Cedar Crest Merit scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Presidential Scholarship: $25,000 per year
ii. Trustee Scholarship: $24,000 per year
iii. Founders Scholarship: $23,000 per year
iv. Dean’s Scholarship: $22,000 per year
v. Fellows Scholarship: $21,000 per year
To renew any of the above scholarships, you need to obtain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 at the end of each academic year
Scholarship Application Guide:
There is no separate scholarship application; students who apply for admission as first-year applicants will be considered for these awards.
