Scholarship Summary:
The Macquarie Business School Academic Excellence Scholarship recognizes the academic excellence and potential of Australian business students and provides financial support as you study business at Macquarie University.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for this scholarship,
i. Applicants must:
• Be Australian or New Zealand citizens, or hold an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa
• Be current school leavers, or graduates of the previous year who have not undertaken any tertiary study in their gap year
• Have received and accepted an offer through UAC for an eligible Business School degree or have received an early offer for such a degree through the Macquarie Leaders and Achievers entry scheme (find eligible courses in the scholarship link below)
• Obtain a minimum ATAR of 98.00
Value of Scholarship:
The value of the scholarship is as follows;
1. Students with an ATAR between 98.00 and 98.95 are eligible for an award of AUD$5000 per year.
2. Students achieving an ATAR of 99.00 or above are eligible for an award of AUD$10,000 per year.
This scholarship is awarded for four years, subject to any continuing performance requirements.
