Scholarship Summary:
UK undergraduate students who are from low-income households will qualify for a bursary upon receiving an offer and starting an undergraduate degree in 2024.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
You qualify for a Lancaster Bursary if;
i. You are an undergraduate applicant and meet eligibility for UK Government funding support
ii. You have a household income of less than £30,000
Value of Scholarship:
The Lancaster Bursary is £1,000 per year of study. You can receive a Lancaster Bursary for each year of study, providing that the assessed household income remains under the threshold of £30,000.

Bursaries are normally confirmed around the middle of October. Lancaster will send an email to your Lancaster email address from studentfunding@lancaster.ac.uk.
Awards are paid directly into a bank account that you nominate via an online process. Lancaster will send details of how to do this via email. Each award will be made in two equal instalments paid in November and February
