Scholarship Summary:
The University of Nebraska-Omaha annually awards five Distinguished Scholarships to academically talented Nebraska high school seniors, who are invited to campus each spring to compete by examination for these top awards.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible, students must,
(1) Nebraska residents,
(2) graduating seniors of Nebraska high schools,
(3) highest academically talented high school students, and
(4) admission to the University Honors Program.
Value of Scholarship:
Each Distinguished Scholarship has a total estimated value over a four-year period of $31,000 - $33,000

To apply,
i. Submit the Application for Admission by the above deadline of your senior year. UNO will accept ACT/SAT scores through the February test date of your senior year.
ii. Complete the General Scholarship Application prior to the deadline, and complete the University Honors Program Application.
