The prestigious Daemen Trustee Scholarship is awarded to select first-year students (US citizens and residents only) of the highest caliber. A number of Trustee Scholarships are awarded annually to students with exceptional academic capabilities.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
There are no set criteria but past recipients were in the top 5% of the applicant pool.
Overall, Daemen will be seeking candidates who combine the following qualities:
a. Academic achievement
b. Vision—for self and society
c. Enthusiasm, inspiration—the ability to bring visions and dreams to life
d. Academic and personal discipline which motivates him/her to persist
e. Leadership ability
Value of Scholarship:
The Daemen Trustee Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Full Tuition: 2 awards available
ii. $24,000: 6 awards available
The Trustee Scholarships are renewable for four years providing the applicant is full time and maintains a 3.0 GPA. (This award will be extended for those majors requiring 5 or 6 years to complete i.e. Accounting, Athletic Training, Physical Therapy and Physician Assistant). Student must be enrolled at Daemen College in order to maintain the scholarship.

ii. Eligible students are nominated based on the quality of their application determined by Daemen’s holistic admissions review policy.
iii. Students will then interview on-campus or virtual for an opportunity to receive one of the following awards.
