To be eligible, students,
i. Must apply for admission as a degree-seeking undergraduate (bachelor's) student.

iii. Must meet CSC English proficiency requirements.
iv. Must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 (4.0 scale) high school GPA for entering freshmen
v. Must commit to living in CSC campus housing.
