Scholarship Summary:
Georgia Southern University is delighted to award a number of Admissions Scholarships to incoming freshmen (domestic and international) who can demonstrate achievement inside the classroom, leadership experience, and extracurricular involvement.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
• Have excellent test scores: Recommended - 1300+ SAT Redesign (Evidence-Based Reading/Writing + Math) or 28 ACT to be competitive.
• Demonstrate achievement inside the classroom, leadership experience, and extracurricular involvement.
Value of Scholarship:
The GSU Admissions Scholarships vary in amount but the most popular scholarships include:
• On-Campus Housing Award (goes toward on-campus housing costs for freshmen year)
• Out-of-State Fee Waiver Scholarship (in-state tuition rate, renewable for up to 4 years)
