The Dickinson State University Presidential Scholarships provide qualified new freshmen students (domestic and international) up to $2,000 per year, split between two semesters.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible, applicants must
i. Meet a cumulative GPA requirement of 3.0 for freshmen
Value of Scholarship:
The DSU Presidential Scholarship is valued as follows;
i. Presidential Premier Scholarship: $2,000 annually (3.8+ GPA)
ii. Presidential Elite Scholarship: $1,500 annually (3.4-3.79 GPA)
iii. Presidential Select Scholarship: $500 annually (3.0-3.39 GPA)
This scholarship may be combined with the DSU Heritage Foundation Scholarships.
Presidential Scholarships are renewable for up to four years for first-time freshmen with consecutive and continued enrollment and recipients must earn a minimum of 24 credits in the academic year with a 3.0 GPA.
Scholarship Application Guide:
There is no separate scholarship application process; simply into DSU to be considered for a merit scholarship.
