Scholarship Summary:
The University of Stirling wish to support EU students who are affected by the tuition classification change in status and will award an automatic fee discount each year, for years 1-3.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for this scholarship;
i. You must be classed as overseas for tuition fee purposes.
ii. You must be an EU national or domiciled in the EU at the point of application. Students from the Republic of Ireland will be classified as rest of UK (RUK), and as such will be eligible for our range of RUK scholarships instead.
iii. This scholarship cannot be combined with any other Stirling scholarship or award. If offered more than one University of Stirling award then the highest value award will be applied.
iv. This award is only available to students entering directly into a full-time undergraduate degree programme, delivered at the University’s Stirling campus.
Value of Scholarship:
The Stirling EU Undergraduate Scholarship provides a £5,000 fee discount per year (years 1-3), plus a scholarship covering the full cost of the fees of the final Honours year (year 4) for any applicant who is either a EU national or an ordinary resident in the EU at the point if application.
Scholarship Application Guide:
No application is necessary. All eligible EU students who enter into an on-campus undergraduate taught course at the University of Stirling in September 2024 or January 2025 will automatically be allocated this discount.
