Scholarship Summary: 
Newcastle University is pleased to offer a large number of partial EU Scholarships to assist students domiciled in the EU to study an undergraduate or postgraduate Master’s/MRes degree.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be considered for awards applicants must:
i. Be domiciled in an EU member state (students domiciled in EEA member states that are not part of the EU, are not eligible). EU students domiciled in the UK will also be considered
ii. Be assessed as international for fee purposes
iii. Have been offered a place to study on an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate taught course (including MRes) at the University’s Newcastle city centre campus for the 2024/25 academic year

Eligible candidates will be assessed according to evidence of academic ability, evidence of commitment to studies and quality of application.

Value of Scholarship: 
The Newcastle Vice-Chancellor’s EU Scholarships range in value from 25% of the international fee.

Scholarship Application Guide: 
Eligible candidates will be considered automatically for a Vice-Chancellor’s EU Scholarship award as part of their academic course application.
