Scholarship Summary:
The UOttawa Faculty of Arts awards the Dean’s Scholarship to 10 eligible undergraduates (Canadian and international) with excellent academic records.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be considered for scholarship, applicants must;
i. Be enrolled full time, and for the first time, in an undergraduate program at the Faculty of Arts

ii. Have a minimum admission average of 90%.
Value of Scholarship:
The UOttawa Faculty of Arts Dean’s Merit Scholarships are valued as a total of CAD$4,000 (CAD$1,000 per year). This scholarship can be renewed for the three following years provided the student has a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 9.00 or higher at the end of a term (in at least 24 units) and is enrolled full time at the Faculty of Arts.
The scholarship is awarded during the summer preceding undergraduate studies.

No application is required for this scholarship; all eligible students are automatically considered for this award upon admission.
