Scholarship Summary:
The University of Ottawa Admission Scholarship automatically provides admission scholarships to all eligible full-time students (Canadian citizens and residents only) with an average of 85% or more who are studying in a direct-entry faculty or in the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be considered for scholarship, students must;
i. Have a minimum admission average of 85%;
ii. Meet the admission requirements of the program in question;
iii. Be enrolled full time for the first time in a direct-entry faculty or in the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section
iv. Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, or have protected person or refugee status (unless otherwise indicated)
Value of Scholarship:
The UOttawa Admission Scholarships are awarded for the first year of study only and are valued as follows;
i. Admission average of 95-100%: CAD$3,000
ii. Admission average of 90-94.9%: CAD$2,000
iii. Admission average of 85-89.9%: CAD$1,000
Scholarship Application Guide:
No application is required for this scholarship; all eligible students are automatically considered for this award upon admission.
