Scholarship Summary: 
The Nora Cebotarev Memorial Graduate Scholarship is awarded to one international female student from a developing country that has demonstrated a commitment to social change and is entering a graduate program in the upcoming academic year (summer, winter or fall semester).

Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Be international female students
ii. Demonstrate high academic achievement 
iii. Show a commitment to social change as demonstrated through past activities and experiences

Value of Scholarship: 
The Nora Cebotarev Memorial Graduate Scholarship is valued as CAD$25,000 (payable over six semesters). 

The recipient of the Nora Cebotarev Memorial Graduate Scholarship will also be awarded the Ellen Nilsen Memorial Graduate Scholarship worth CAD$1,500.

Scholarship Application Guide: 
To be considered, 
i. Candidates need to apply for admission through OUAC by February 1 for entry to a graduate program in the summer, fall, or winter semester following the nomination deadline.
ii. Upon review of eligible candidates, a nomination letter from the Graduate Coordinator confirming the candidate's suitability for this award, and a copy of the nominee’s CV if not included in the application for admission, will then be forwarded to the Office of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies by February 15th.
