Scholarship Summary:
The York Awards of Achievement is available to eight Canadian (Ontario residents) secondary school students applying to a direct-entry undergraduate program with an admission average of 85 per cent or higher, have contributed to the life of their school and/or community.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Have a minimum admission average of 85% or equivalent
ii. Demonstrate financial need
iii. Be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons who are residents of Ontario
Value of Scholarship:
The York Awards of Achievement is valued as CAD$6,000 x 4 years.
To renew, students must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 6.00 (B), enrol in a minimum of 18 credits each year and must continue to demonstrate financial need.
