Scholarship Summary:
Canadian undergraduate students who are new to University of Victoria are eligible for a number of entrance scholarships which are non-repayable and are awarded mainly on the basis of a student’s academic excellence.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible, candidates entering from a Canadian high school must normally be:
i. A Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada
ii. An international student completing a Canadian secondary school diploma
iii. Entering their first year of an undergraduate degree program
iv. A current secondary school student or have graduated within the last two years and have not attended a post-secondary institution

The exact number of scholarships and values vary each year depending on available funding.
Scholarship Application Guide:
To be automatically considered for a Non-Renewable entrance scholarship based on admission average;
i. A current Grade 12 Canadian secondary students, including international students completing a Canadian secondary school diploma and students who are an accelerated entry, MUST self-report their grade 12 marks by March 15th.
