King’s offers several types of scholarships and bursaries to incoming undergraduates. All students (Canadian and international) who apply for admission to King's with a September entry (in the BA, BSc, BJH and BMus programs) will automatically be considered for a general entrance scholarship.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum of an 80% high school average
Value of Scholarship:
The King’s Entrance Scholarships are awarded as follows;
a. 80 – 849.9%: CAD$1,000
b. 85 – 89.9%: CAD$2,000
c. 90 – 94.9%: CAD$3,000
d. 95 - 97.9%: CAD$4,500
e. 98%+: CAD$5,000
All students will be considered for merit-based in-course scholarships in years 2, 3, and 4. These automatic awards are granted to students in scholarship standing (3.7 GPA). For students completing the Foundation Year Program, a GPA of 3.3 or higher is needed to be considered for merit-based scholarships in year 2.
