Scholarship Summary:
All First Year applicants (domestic and international) are automatically considered for merit scholarships. Academic performance, as displayed in the transcript and standardized test scores, is the primary factor used to determine eligibility and award level. Admitted students who are assigned a merit scholarship will be notified of the award and amount in the admissions decision packet.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
There are no set criteria for consideration but past recipients were in the top 30% of the applicant pool.
Value of Scholarship:
The Holy Cross Merit Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Trustee Scholarship - $12,000 per academic year {Required GPA: 3.2}
ii. President’s Scholarship - $10,000 per academic year {Required GPA: 3.0}
iii. Dean’s Scholarship - $8,000 per academic year {Required GPA: 2.8}
All the above scholarships are renewable for up to eight consecutive semesters of full-time attendance provided the required minimum cumulative GPA is maintained.
