Scholarship Summary:
Eligible international students (undergraduate or postgraduate) will be able to receive the Chancellors Global Academic Merit Scholarship for September 2024 entry. This scholarship will take the form of a fee reduction that will apply to your first year of study. This scholarship is merit based so students would need to have met all their offer conditions.

You are eligible for this scholarship,
i. If you're studying an undergraduate, postgraduate research or postgraduate taught course, you must have applied as a self-funded student on a full-time, on-campus, course for September 2024 entry.
ii. The scholarship is available for students who have never studied at the University of Portsmouth previously.
iii. Applicants must have been assessed as overseas students for tuition fee purposes to access this scholarship.Value of Scholarship:
The Chancellors Global Academic Merit Scholarship will take the form of a £5,000 fee reduction, effective at the time of registration and will only apply to your first year of study..

i. Applicants would need to be admitted and have accepted their offer for September 2024 entry
ii. Complete the scholarship application form before 16 August 2024 (for September 2024 entry).
iii. Applications will then be considered by the University's scholarship panel and the successful candidates will be contacted to confirm their status
