Scholarship Summary:
First-Year Applicants (domestic and international) are automatically considered to receive USF Academic Merit Scholarship Awards. These scholarships are awarded based on a combination of academic achievement; (GPA), SAT or ACT scores, (and English proficiency test results for International students).
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Be an admitted student to a full-time degree seeking program on USF’s main campus, starting fall
ii. Have a minimum cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.2
Value of Scholarship:
USF Academic Merit Scholarship Awards are valued as follows;
i. University Scholarship: $29,000 (≥ 4.01 GPA)
ii. Presidential Scholarship: $24,000 (3.95 - 4.00 GPA)
iii. Provost Scholarship: $22,000 (3.85 - 3.94 GPA)
iv. Hilltop Scholarship: $20,000 (3.7 - 3.84 GPA)
v. Ignatius Scholarship: $18,000 (3.5 - 3.69 GPA)
vi. Dons Scholarship: $16,000 (3.2 - 3.49 GPA)
