Scholarship Summary:
Methodist University offers the Presidential Scholarship to entering freshman (domestic and international) and it’s awarded based on the combination of GPA at the previous academic institution and standardized test results.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
For domestic students
i. Earn a minimum high school GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0)
For international students
i. Earn a minimum high school GPA of 3.1 (out of 4.0)
ii. Obtain minimum standardized test results as follows; 6.5 IELTS or 72 Internet Based TOEFL or 21 ACT or 1090 new SAT
Test-optional students are still eligible for academic scholarships.
Value of Scholarship:
The Presidential Scholarship is valued from $20,000 - $28,000 and is renewable annually.
