The scholarship deadlines are as follows;
i. Provost's Assistantship - First deadline: March 1st, 2024 (CLOSED)
Second deadline: April 1st, 2024 (CLOSED)
ii. Dean's Scholarship - First deadline: March 30th, 2024 (CLOSED)
Second deadline: May 1st, 2024
Scholarship Summary:
A limited number of Provost's Assistantships and Dean's Scholarships, available to domestic and international students, are granted to various academic departments within each College at the University of New Haven.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
There are no set criteria for consideration but past recipients were in the top 15% of the applicant pool.
Value of Scholarship:
The available graduate scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Provost's Assistantship
--> An experiential learning and work opportunity for the entirety of their graduate program. Students selected for a position in this program will work up to 15-20 hours per week (550 total hours per academic year) for an academic department.
--> 75% tuition assistance
--> An hourly wage
ii. Dean's Scholarship Program
--> The program provides up to 50% tuition assistance during their enrollment at the University of New Haven.
Scholarship Application Guide:
Full-time domestic and international master’s students are selected for a Provost’s Assistantship or a Dean's Scholarship after a careful review of a new candidate's application material on the basis of academic merit.
