Scholarship Summary:
Freshmen students (domestic and international) will automatically be considered for merit (academic/artistic) awards when they apply for full-time undergraduate admission to UNH based on their high school grades and test scores.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
There are no set criteria for consideration but past recipients were in the top 35% of the applicant pool.
Value of Scholarship:
The University of New Haven merit scholarships are valued as follows;
i. Presidential Scholarship: $23,000 - $30,000 annually
ii. Distinguished Scholar Awards: $16,000 - $22,000 annually
iii. Charger Award: $10,000 - $15,000 annually
