Scholarship Summary: 

The Carr Graduate Scholarships is for accomplished undergraduates (domestic and international) looking to undertake graduate studies in Angelo State University. About 150 Distinguished graduate scholarships are awarded every year.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria: 

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum overall undergraduate GPA of 3.4 (out of 4.0)

Value of Scholarship: 

The Carr Graduate Scholarships are valued as follows;

i. Up to $2,500/year: 3.76-4.0 GPA

ii. Up to $2,000/year: 3.51-3.75 GPA

iii. Up to $1,500/year: 3.4-3.5 GPA

Scholarship Application Guide: 

To apply for the Carr Graduate Scholarship,
i. Candidates must be accepted for graduate admission to ASU as degree-seeking students by the priority deadline.

• Students admitted to ASU after the deadline, will be reviewed to the extent funds are available.

ii. Upon being accepted for graduate school, your overall undergraduate GPA will be evaluated automatically by the College of Graduate Studies to determine your Carr Academic Scholarship eligibility. No additional application is necessary.
