St. Lawrence University is pleased to announce a new scholarship program designed to identify and recognize talented Canadian students who wish to study in the United States. The competitive Canadian Scholars Program seeks students who have excelled academically and demonstrated leadership in some compelling way in their communities. This leadership may be school-related, service-related, or any other avenue in which the student has invested substantive time.

The Board of Governor’s scholarship is considered one of the University of Guelph's most prestigious entrance scholarships, with only 25 awards being awarded each year to incoming Canadian undergraduates. All full-time graduate students in thesis, course-based, practicum-based, or project-based programs are eligible to apply, with the exception of Theology and Joint Masters Programs, regardless of citizenship.
