Scholarship Summary: 
Manchester Metropolitan University aims to promote gender equality, one of the United Nations’ sustainable development goals, and wants to enable and empower more women (UK and International) to progress in their careers, improve their leadership skills and show the world they mean business.

This scholarship is open to women of all identities and nationalities who demonstrate an outstanding academic and professional track record with strong personal leadership potential. 

Scholarship Applicant Criteria: 
To apply, you must: 
1. have accepted an offer to study on the MBA Master of Business Administration for September 2026 entry.
2. have a minimum of three years of managerial experience
3. be a woman of any identity or nationality
4. be self-funding your studies. You should not have an offer to support your course fees from a business, charity or other organisation.
5. not be getting other university discounts or scholarships. If you are awarded more than one form of fee reduction, including discounts, awards or scholarships, only the greater amount will be applied. 
6. not be a current student moving from another course to the MBA

Value of Scholarship: 
The MMU Women in Leadership Scholarship is valued between 10% and 50% of the tuition fee.

Scholarship Application Guide: 
All eligible MBA applicants will be automatically considered for scholarships as part of the admissions process, there’s no separate application form or deadline.

Your application will be reviewed and your goals will be discussed during the interview. Scholarships are awarded as tuition fee discounts, and the amount awarded varies based on individual merit, potential and fit with the Manchester Met MBA
