Scholarship Summary:
The University of Southampton Business School is offering the Future Leader MBA Scholarship to UK and international students studying Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible, you must:
• have a conditional or unconditional offer to study on the Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• how promise as a future leader by demonstrating business excellence
• not be in receipt of any external scholarship
Value of Scholarship:
The Future Leader MBA Scholarship is valued as £15,000.
Scholarship Application Guide:
To apply;
i. All MBA offer-holders are eligible to fill out the
- You will need to submit a 500-word statement on why you should receive the scholarship
ii. Selected applicants will be invited to interview with the scholarship panel
iii. The scholarship will be awarded based on the applicant’s statement, their MBA application and their interview. Their business excellence will be assessed using the following criteria:
- a high degree of relevant professional experience in management and/or leadership
- evidence of rapid career progression
- clear ability to contribute to the quality of the MBA cohort
- strong academic ability and performance
iii. The scholarship award is made at the discretion of the Business School. Their decisions are final.
iv. Successful applicants will be contacted by the following dates;
- first round applicants by 13 March 2026,
- second round applicants by 8 May 2026, and
- third round applicants by 13 July 2026
