The Southampton Business School MBA Excellence Scholarship is available to UK and international students studying for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2026. They are awarded to candidates who can best demonstrate business excellence in an interview.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be awarded this scholarship, you must;
i. receive a conditional or unconditional offer from Southampton
ii. are not receiving any external scholarship
iii. will be studying the Master of Business Administration (MBA)
In addition, candidates must display a combination of the following business excellence criteria:
i. A high degree of relevant professional experience in management and/or leadership role
ii. Evidence of rapid career progression
iii. Clear ability to contribute to the quality of the MBA cohort
iv. Strong academic ability / performance
v. Excellent performance at interview

The MBA - Business Excellence Scholarships are available for 3 different amounts:
Scholarship Application Guide:
Applicants who apply and receive an offer for the will automatically be considered for the Business Excellence Scholarships. There is no need to complete a separate application. The scholarship award is made at the discretion of the Business School.
