Scholarship Summary:
The Anderson University Engineering Competition Scholarship offers all contestants $8,000 ($2,000 annually) and the winner of the competition will receive a full tuition scholarship. Two competitions take place each year and are open to incoming domestic freshmen.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible;
• Must major in computer science, cybersecurity, national security, or engineering
• Must hold a GPA of 2.75
• Must enroll as a full-time student at Anderson University
Value of Scholarship:
This $2,000 scholarship is renewable over four years in the amount of $8,000 total for the four years, and is available to traditional, first-year undergraduate and transfer students, including those who do not submit the FAFSA, and those who do not live on campus. It can be combined with other scholarships.

i. Apply to AU using the University’s application or Common App
ii. If you have applied already, your next step is to complete your scholarship profile. This will ask you several questions about yourself to pair you with the institutional scholarships that you are eligible for, like this one listed above. Your scholarship profile will also help you meet specific scholarship deadlines.
iii. The first competition will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023 and the second will be held Monday, February 19, 2024. Both competitions will be held on Anderson University’s campus.
