Scholarship Summary:
International undergraduate students who are admitted into UMD and meet the eligibility criteria will be awarded the International Undergraduate Scholarship.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
The following are criteria for eligibility;
i. International student that holds a valid visa
ii. A Minimum GPA of 3.25 at the time of admission
iii. Full-time degree-seeking enrollment at University of Michigan-Dearborn
iv. Renewable with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 at UM-Dearborn
Value of Scholarship:
The UMD International Undergraduate Scholarship is valued as follows;
i. $7,500/year (3.25-3.49 GPA)
ii. $10,000/year (3.5-3.99 GPA)
iii. $12,500/year (4.0+ GPA)
UMD International Undergraduate Scholarship is renewable for up to 8 semesters or completion of a Bachelor's degree (whichever comes first).
Scholarship Application Guide:
There is no separate scholarship application; your entry GPA, at the time of admission, is used in determining scholarship eligibility.
