Scholarship Summary:
The Presidential Scholars Program awards at MTU are competitively awarded to new incoming first-year Michigan students based on a combination of high school academic record including cumulative GPA and SAT or ACT score.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Obtain a minimum high school GPA of 3.0 and SAT 1460/33 ACT
OR
ii. Obtain a minimum high school GPA of 3.5

Value of Scholarship:
The MTU Michigan Presidential Scholars Award is valued as follows;
i. Copper Level: $1,000 per year
ii. Silver Level: $2,000 per year
iii. Gold Level: $3,000 per year
iv. Platinum Level: $5,500 per year
Scholarship Application Guide:
There is no separate scholarship application; simply complete an application for admission into MTU.
