The Maximus, Provost and Trustees Scholarship at OSU are Ohio and non-Ohio residents (U.S. citizens or permanent residents) who are highly competitive as demonstrated through grade point average, class rank (if available), rigor of high school curriculum, and ACT or SAT scores (if available).
