Scholarship Summary:
The University of Wolverhampton is awarding Academic Excellence Scholarships to eligible International students joining an undergraduate or postgraduate taught programme at the University.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration;
i. Applicants must hold an offer for a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate taught programme at University of Wolverhampton for entry in academic year 2026/2027.
- Postgraduate students must hold an undergraduate degree classification of a 2:1 (or equivalent)
ii. These scholarships are available only to students paying international fees
iii. Applicants must be privately funded (i.e., full fees being paid from their own or their family’s resources)
iv. Applicants must not be in receipt of any other scholarship or financial award
v. Applicants must not have previously been enrolled on the same course, or a course leading to this award (e.g. DipHE or PGDip)
vi. Students receiving any of the Academic Excellence Scholarship may be eligible for other scholarships, bursaries or discounts
Value of Scholarship:
The Wolverhampton Academic Excellence Scholarships are valued as follows;
For Undergraduates
A. £4,000 Year 1
B. £2,000 Year 2
C. £2,000 Year 3
For Postgraduates
A. £4,000
Scholarship Application Guide:
There is no requirement to make a formal application for this scholarship. The Admissions Team will detail the scholarship on your offer letter for your degree programme; reducing the tuition fee payable for each year of study on your chosen programme.
