Scholarship Summary:
The Global Gold Excellence Scholarship at University of Salford supports high-achieving international students for 2024/25 intakes to study at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for this scholarship;
i. You must be applying for the first year of full-time study on an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate master’s programme in the 2024-25 academic year.
- If you are an undergraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible programme and achieve A-level grades ABB or equivalent from your country. Equivalent qualifications are shown on the country pages.
- If you are a postgraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible programme, achieve a first-class degree and meet your offer conditions by the admission's deadline (equivalent qualifications are shown on the country pages).
Students on the following courses are not eligible to apply for this scholarship:
• Any undergraduate programmes including a placement with the NHS, including Diagnostic Radiography, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Prosthetics and Orthotics.
• MA Fashion Design
• MSc Occupational Therapy
• International Foundation Year applicants
Value of Scholarship:
The Global Gold Excellence Scholarship is valued as follows;
a. For undergraduate applicants, the Global Gold Excellence Scholarship is worth £3,500.
b. For postgraduate applicants, the Global Gold Excellence Scholarship is worth £3,000.
Scholarships will be awarded in the form of a tuition fee discount.
Scholarship Application Guide:
There is no separate application process for this scholarship. You will be assessed when you apply for your chosen programme of study. If you are successfully offered this scholarship, you must accept your offer of admission and pay your tuition fee deposit by the deadline specified in order to receive the funding.
