Scholarship Summary:
The Postgraduate Academic Achievement Scholarship offered by Bournemouth University to UK, Channel Islands (CI) and Republic of Ireland (ROI) students is designed to recognise outstanding academic achievement. This scholarship is open to all eligible students applying for courses starting in September 2024 and January 2025.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
The eligibility criteria for this scholarship are as follows;
i. Any UK, ROI or CI student applying for a full-time taught postgraduate degree or Master's by Research at BU, delivered on campus
ii. You need to have an upper second-class honours (2:1) or above from a Bachelor's degree, or CPE with merit profile
iii. You can receive this scholarship alongside a Sports or Music scholarship, but cannot receive any other academic award.
Value of Scholarship:
The Postgraduate Academic Achievement Scholarship is valued as £2,000 (tuition fee reduction)

To apply;
i. Simply apply for admission, you will be automatically considered for this this award if you meet the criteria.
ii. This award is subject to you providing evidence of your results and meeting the eligibility criteria. You will need to upload award transcripts to myHub during the applications process.
iii. The fee reduction will appear when you pay your fees during online registration, so long as you have uploaded evidence of your qualifications in myHub before the end of January in the following year (for those enrolling in September) and the end of June (for those enrolling in January).
