Scholarship Summary:
Trine University Academic Tuition Scholarships are offered to eligible undergraduate students (domestic and international) based on academic merit. A student may receive one scholarship only.
Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must;
i. Have a minimum high school GPA of 2.5
Value of Scholarship:
The Trine Freshmen Academic Tuition Scholarships are valued as follows;
i. President’s Scholarship: $18,000/year {3.9 GPA}
ii. Distinguished Scholarship: $17,000/year {3.6 GPA}
iii. Dean’s Scholarship: $15,000/year {3.25 GPA}
iv. University Scholarship: $14,000/year {2.9 GPA}
v. Discovery Scholarship: $12,000/year {2.5 GPA}
vi. Chair Scholarship for International students: Amount varies
* Domestic students who reside outside of the state of Indiana who are newly enrolled first-year and transfer students for Fall entry, seeking a traditional undergraduate degree, are also eligible for the Out-of-State award, which provides an additional $2,000 a year toward tuition.
