Trine Scholarship Days will hold as follows;
1st Event: December 2, 2023 (CLOSED)
2nd Event: January 20, 2024 
3rd Event: February 3, 2024

Scholarship Summary: 
Exceptional domestic freshmen students are invited to campus to compete for a number of available prestigious scholarships at Trine’s annual Scholarship Days.

Scholarship Applicant Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, applicants;
i. Must apply and be officially admitted to Trine University prior to the scholarship dates.
ii. Must receive official invitation to compete at one of three Scholarship Day programs.

Value of Scholarship: 
The Trine Freshman Competitive Scholarships are as follows;
Bateman Kolb Scholarship: covers the full cost of tuition and a fully funded internship with Trine President or a member of the President’s Cabinet (1 available)
Allen School of Engineering and Computing ($25,000 per year, 2 available)
Franks School of Education ($25,000 per year, 2 available)
Ketner School of Business ($25,000 per year, 2 available)
Jannen School of Arts and Sciences ($25,000 per year, 2 available)
Rinker-Ross School of Health Sciences ($25,000 per year, 2 available)

Scholarships are renewed annually, provided the student continues to maintain a full-time student status (minimum 12 credits per semester) and a 3.0 grade point average.

Scholarship Application Guide: 
To apply
i. Complete an admission application and be admitted before an upcoming Scholarship Day
ii. If invited, you must attend a Scholarship Day and the activities scheduled will include writing an essay and participation in two interviews with individual professors. 
iii. These interviews are designed to learn more about the candidate (the information that cannot be gotten from a high school transcript and test scores). The essay is a response to one of several topics selected by the Scholarship Committee. The essay, combined with faculty interviews and academic record, will be the basis on which the competitive scholarships are awarded.
