Scholarship Summary:
New freshmen (domestic and international) admitted to the Platteville campus are automatically considered for a Merit Scholarship, based on your high school GPA at the time of admission. An official ACT/SAT score can also be taken into consideration, however is not required for eligibility. If you would like to have your test scores considered as a part of the merit scholarship review, an official score sent directly from the testing agency is required.

Value of Scholarship:
The University of Wisconsin-Platteville Freshman Merit Award amounts vary between $4,000 to $8,000 and will be divided equally between eight semesters, provided you meet the conditions of renewal.
